Permitted services
IGUsername permits original naming concepts, brand research, creative briefs, word lists, visual direction documents and clearly licensed digital deliverables.
Prohibited items
Social-media accounts, existing usernames, login credentials, recovery codes, session tokens, email inbox access, identity documents, compromised data and instructions for bypassing a platform’s rules are prohibited. Listings that imply account transfer may be removed without notice.
Payments and delivery
Balance payments may complete immediately. Crypto payments require network confirmation and administrative review. Buyers must verify the network and address before sending funds. Creative deliverables appear only after an order is marked paid.
Disputes
Contact support with the order number and evidence within seven days of delivery. Custom creative work may not be refundable once substantially delivered, except where the listing materially misrepresented the deliverable.
Security
Never share a password, wallet seed phrase or authentication code. Enable two-factor authentication and report suspicious messages to support@igusername.com.
